| Our computer vision based Grid Analyzers provide advanced technology and methods for grid analysis. Grid analysis can be done quickly with the results stored automatically in a project file. Numerical and graphical results can easily be shared with coworkers, via network, email, etc. Sheet thickness is calculated. Forming severity can be evaluated at a stamping plant or die and tool shops, to detect tooling or material problems. Forming limit curves (FLC) as well as stress limit curves (SLC) are generated automatically. Project files can be examined using our deformation browser software on several computers. Our Grid Analyzers are currently used in the automotive industry, by tool and die developers, parts and material suppliers.
